DAILY RATE INCLUDES:

The services of an experienced professional hunter, trackers, skinners, camp staff, and a fully equipped hunting vehicle. Also included are accommodation, meals, all beverages, daily laundry service, and field preparation of trophies. After completion of the field preparation of your trophies they will be shipped to a local Taxidermist or Dip and Pack company free of charge.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY:

• Clients are advised to obtain personal travel and accident insurance.
• Dulamiti African Hunting Safaris will ensure every precaution is taken for your safety. However, the company will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal equipment and belongings.
• Clients assume responsibility for any illnesses, accidents, acts of God, or any unforeseen expenses.

FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS:

Dulamiti will arrange all transfers to and from our Limpopo & North West Provinces hunting areas and OR Tambo International airport Johannesburg.

TEMPORARY IMPORTATION OF FIREARMS:

Dulamiti can assist in applying for a temporary import permit for your hunting firearm into South Africa. Please complete the temporary firearm import permit application SAP 520 Form before your arrival to South Africa. If it is not possible to complete the SAPS 520 before arrival, Dulamiti will assist with the process at point of entry. The SAPS 520 form must be completed in black ink. The form must NOT be signed until fully processed and approved by the designated issuing firearms officer.

Please note Dulamiti Professional Hunters offer free rifle usage (and 20 bullets) for each hunting package booked. These PH rifles are of suitable calibre, accurate and well kept.

Documents required:

1. Un signed and Completed SAP 520 Form.
2. Invitation letter from Dulamiti African Hunting Safaris
3. Temporary export permit from country of origin (USA CBP Form 4457).
4. Passport documents and a certified copy of thereof.
5. Your licence, permit, authorization or any other documentary proof confirming the lawful possession of the firearm and a certified copy of thereof.
6. Return airline ticket.
7. For USA guests – proof of ownership form CBP Form 4457.

Some pointers:

• No more than 200 rounds of ammunition per individual firearm allowed.
• Only one calibre of firearm per client allowed.
• Automatic or semi-automatic firearms are prohibited.
• No pistols and revolvers allowed except those motivated for hunting purposes.
• Unless motivated no person under the age of 21 may apply for a temporary import permit.
• For a smooth and expeditious process, Dulamiti suggests to make use of the following 3^rd party entity for assisting in the application for a temporary import rifle permit. Please contact Rifle Permits directly for further info and costing. 

HUNTING SEASON:

• Dulamiti conducts hunting safaris throughout the year. However we recommend the months of March to October as the best for hunting.

EXPORT OF TROPHIES:

• Dulamiti will assist in the coordination of all taxidermy, trophy export and handling processes to expedite the process.
• Trophy exportation and handling fees (including dip, pack, and shipping) are charged by the responsible 3^rd parties. Detailed quotes are available upon request.

DAY TRIPS & PHOTOGRAPHIC SAFARIS:

• Other than hunting, Dulamiti also offers photographic safaris and day excursions. Family and friend groups are welcome. Please contact us for further information if anyone should be interested in a photographic safari.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE:

• Dulamiti reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the safari for promotional purposes. Guests should please specify otherwise should he/she so prefer.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Dulamiti Hunting Safaris will not be held liable for any cancellations or alterations to bookings caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

• By confirming your booking and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined above.
